Vladi often visits job site and see how things are progressing. Our fire inspection passed successfully at first time without any problem. Vladi and his team listen customer well and make sure everything is planned good before they start their job. These guys were great to work with, professional, friendly, explaining the whole process of a 5 year sprinkler inspection. I work with Aura Fire in a few different buildings and am grateful for their assistance. Their entire management team is always helpful in a manner I feel is above an beyond. They go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. We had a major sprinkler issue in one building where all the national companies were quoting over $40 thousand for a resolution. Aura helped us for under $19 thousand and had the Fire Department sign off on it.

Aura Fire did what they said they were going to do. They delivered a great solution for us and they didn’t hit us with change orders as they handled the evolving design, paperwork, and permits. With Aura Fire, we were thinking outside the box. No longer did we have to build a firewall that would block the natural light and views for our next door neighbors and we did not require a large emergency-exit staircase that would have take up most of our backyard. Now our children can play in the backyard and I am growing blueberry bushes. I would definitely work with Aura Fire again.

We used Aura recently to install fire sprinklers, per code for our remodel. Everyone we worked with at Aura was knowledgeable and courteous. They were very professional and responded to our many questions promptly. Definitely a great company to work with.

Working with Aura was a dream in the crazy world of managing construction for a small business. Even though I think most of their business might be with larger buildings, they continually make us feel important to their business even in our little 5 unit TIC building

Our school needed to install a complete fire suppression system in the kitchen. We had also discovered that the company doing our fire safety inspections was not in compliance with SF and California state fire regulations. We put the work out to bid and the nightmares began. Numerous contractors failed to return calls or made appointments and then didn’t show up. Finally, we got a specialist to come out to the building and he told us we would need to completely move our kitchen to be compliant and that the cost would be in excess of $100k. Fortunately, we found Aura and had a radically different experience. They returned calls and Vladi was prompt and responsible and the bid was very competitive (actually it was the best price we got.) What completely convinced me however was my first conversation with Olga. She assured me that they would take care of this and given all of the difficulties, that was just what I needed to hear. Since we are a school, we had serious scheduling problems and they worked around our schedule, completed the work on time and managed all of the work with minimal impact on our staff. I recommend Aura enthusiastically!
